Refund policy
We have a strict no return or exchange policy. This means you will not be able to return your item, get a refund for it or exchange it for another item. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged upon delivery and must include tags, original packaging, and be unworn or unused. You will need a photo or video proof along with proof of purchase in order for your refund request to be considered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
